6BR Villa in Armenia

We had an AMAZING time. We were a family of 7 including and 85 year old grandma. The instructions were clear. The house was exactly as described and more. There are areas to play games, there is an outdoor kitchen, a little bar area. There are cute dogs and cats. Hector and Margot ( they take care of the property) are incredible people and made our stay extra special. Margot helped us with breakfast every day ( we arranged the fee with her as noted in the listing ) and Hector helped ensure the amenities we in tip top share. There is no AC but each room has a fan - no issues there. It’s a farm so there are bugs - each room has a screen so if you keep there door closed out won’t have any issues. My husband used the office to work. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Close to town - with a large super market and great shops. I will 100% stay here again with family.

The property is beautiful, and it has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay. I would like to offer a few suggestions that I hope will be helpful. I believe each bedroom would benefit from having a ceiling fan or A/C as it became quite hot during the night, and even more so during the day. For the price we paid, I also think the kitchen should be better equipped with newer pots and pans, and it would be great to have a coffee maker available for guests. Since we stayed for eight days, we expected that the bed linens would be changed at least once during our stay. Finally, I believe the swimming pool would be much more enjoyable if it were heated. While the jacuzzi was heated, the pool water was very cold. Thank you very much for everything. We hope to return in the future, and we hope you will receive these suggestions in the positive spirit in which they are intended, as they are simply meant to help improve the experience for future guests.

The host was extremely friendly and attentive at all times, which made a big difference. The place is just like the photos, very comfortable and quiet.

An excellent farm for relaxing, with a very pleasant climate and a setting with a beautiful view that allows you to enjoy both green areas and see the city of Armenia. Ms. Margoth and Mr. Héctor's service was warm, respectful and timely. I would like to emphasize that, although it can be shared as a family, the facilities allow you to maintain privacy whenever you need it, considering the structure and layout of the rooms. Ms. MariaCe made sure we were comfortable and gave us clear and precise instructions. We returned home refreshed to continue with our daily lives.

This property is amazing. I stayed with my friends, 6 adults and 3 children, and everything was spectacular. The property is beautiful; the surrounding area is beautiful. It has a swimming pool with a jacuzzi that is actually hot. Soccer field, board games. It has several areas for barbecues. The rooms are large, with bathrooms and hot water. And the best part is the people who work on the property (Margot and Héctor); they were amazing, they cook spectacularly, and they helped us with everything. I recommend this place 200%

It's a place with a lot of charm, with a little complicated access but it's worth it. The tranquility, nature and originality that surround this property are not easily found. If you like to live experiences with charm that are not found in the typical all-inclusive hotels, I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful Bellavista estate! The house and coffee plantation are very beautiful and cozy! My daughters really enjoyed playing with the dogs and the little kitten, they are very cute animals and very friendly with children. Mrs. Margot and Mr. Hector, the people who take care of the farm, are very friendly and helpful people at all times! We definitely recommend this farm to all tourists who want to take something from the coffee region and Colombia in their hearts! Great place and amazing people! Someday when we return to Colombia, we want to return to this place! Communication with Maria Cecilia was excellent, she has given us very good recommendations to visit the surrounding area, and Maria Cecilia has answered all our concerns quickly and accurately! Beautiful place, beautiful people!

The house was perfect, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We were very happy with the service from Margot and Don Hector, always available and very friendly. An excellent experience! Totally recommended.
