Modern 4 is a unique vacation home in a gated community in Playa El Tunco, set on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Surrounded by nature, the property offers spectacular ocean and mountain views.

The house is ideal for couples, friends traveling together, and small families. It is equipped with everything needed for a calm and relaxing stay.

Located a three-minute drive from two world-class waves, La Bocana and El Sunzal, the property is near El Tunco, a safe surf town with restaurants, markets, and cafés.

The Space

Casa Caracoles includes:

The ground floor features two bedrooms, each with:

• One full-size bed
• One full-size bunk bed

Both ground-floor bathrooms have hot water.

The house is accessible for guests with disabilities, with step-free access to two bedrooms on the ground floor and all shared living areas.

Second Floor

The second floor includes two bedrooms and a television and family room.

The main bedroom features:

• Air conditioning
• A small smart television
• A king-size bed
• A bunk bed with two twin mattresses
• A private bathroom

The guest bedroom includes:

• Air conditioning
• Two full-size beds
• A walk-in closet
• A private bathroom

Group Rates

The base rate covers groups of six guests, keeping the house accessible to smaller groups. Groups of more than six guests are charged an additional fee per extra guest.

House Rules

For security reasons, the property has a strict no-day-guests and no-parties policy. Please ask if you have any questions.

Residential security may impose a fine for loud music after 10:00 p.m.; guests are responsible for any such fine.

Pets are not allowed.

Additional Services

The following services are available during your stay:

• Daily housekeeping for $25 per day
• Basic meal preparation by the housekeeper

Starter Kit

Each stay includes:

• One kit with soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom
• One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom
• Dish soap
• Paper towels
• One trash bag
• One sponge

Please plan to stop at a supermarket to purchase additional trash bags, toilet paper, salt, pepper, and sugar.

Guest Access

The house has private parking, and guests have access to all areas of the property. Any type of vehicle—including a sedan, pickup truck, or van—can reach the house.
