The Space

From the moment you enter, Casa Limón & Sal feels like a private fairy tale. Enjoy three distinct living rooms, a natural stone pool, an elegant kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas that open onto the courtyard.

There is plenty of room to relax with a book, enjoy cocktails with friends, prepare an impromptu barbecue lunch, listen to music, watch movies, or spend time by the pool. The house is a vacation in itself, while San Miguel’s many attractions are just outside your door.

San Miguel is known for the mystery behind its beautiful doors—some conceal ruins, while others open into magnificent homes. Casa Limón & Sal offers its own secluded retreat in the heart of the city.

Ground Floor

The entrance opens into the first of three living rooms, furnished with cozy sofas and featuring:

• Gas fireplaces
• An exquisite half bathroom
• A curated Asian art collection
• Speakers for listening to your favorite music

Enjoy a cocktail, afternoon tea, or morning coffee while taking in San Miguel’s fresh, comfortable climate. The area is rarely humid or hot, and the evenings are ideal for sleeping with the windows open.

From the entrance, walk through the garden to the natural stone swimming pool. Towels are provided for guests.

Beyond the pool, the indoor living room and dining area provide a comfortable space to relax, watch a movie, or enjoy music through the surround-sound system and large subwoofer. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for preparing gourmet meals, although San Miguel also offers approximately 600 restaurants.

Bedrooms and Upper Floors

A stone staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find three bedrooms and additional artwork.

The master bedroom includes:

• A king-size bed
• A luxurious en-suite bathroom
• A gas fireplace
• Air conditioning

The remaining bedrooms are located along a charming passageway and offer comfortable accommodations. Two of the bedrooms have their own gas fireplaces.

The staircase continues to the third floor, which includes:

• A living room
• A patio
• A barbecue area
• A half bathroom
• Laundry facilities

The third-floor living room is one of the home’s most special spaces, offering a magical setting for relaxing and enjoying the house.

A fourth bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a view of the Parroquia is being added to the third floor.

The entire house is exclusively yours during your stay, providing a truly private retreat.
