Nestled among beautiful trees and surrounded by birds, monkeys, and iguanas, this serene setting is ideal for both relaxation and work. The studio offers privacy and comfort with a full kitchen and bathroom, just a three-minute walk from the world-class waves at Playa Colorado.

The studio is situated behind a home and above a garage within a fenced and gated area, ensuring privacy and security. Steps lead up to the casita, which features a roomy open-plan layout. Amenities include:

• WiFi with 20 Mbps speed
• Dining table that doubles as a workspace
• Ensuite bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a toaster oven and blender
• King-size bed (can be converted into two single beds)
• Indoor surfboard rack
• Air conditioning unit (800 BTU)
• Industrial ceiling fans

All furniture is handcrafted by a local carpenter using high-quality, heavy Nicaraguan wood. Outside, there is a small garden area to relax in and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach or surf sessions. This modern, comfortable casita offers a unique experience perched among the trees yet close to the ocean.

Guest Access

Guests will be greeted and checked in by the hosts, or self-check-in is available via a lockbox containing the key and instructions.

Additional Information

• Electricity in Nicaragua is among the highest in Central America. Guests are kindly requested to turn off lights, air conditioning, and fans when not in use and to conserve energy. Excessive electricity usage will incur additional charges.
• Power outages are common, especially during rainy or windy seasons. The loft is equipped with a generator powered by a propane tank to maintain electricity during outages; however, air conditioning does not operate on generator power. WiFi remains active unless the generator runs out of propane or the service provider experiences downtime.
• The pool is private and not shared with the loft.
• The garage is off-limits to guests, but parking is available beside the house.
• Laundry services are offered upon request.
• Private chef services can be arranged for meal plans.
