The price listed is for two separate condos, each accommodating six guests. Additional units can be rented within the same building if needed. Apartment assignments depend on availability and may differ slightly from the photos.

Great place to stay! The units are very nice, the complex is well maintained, the staff are very helpful, and the pool was fabulous! We loved the location for access to the beach, great food, and nearby activities. It was our second time at Puerto Aventuras and we would stay here again if we return.

Spacious place and good location, but we had SO many issues that were not resolved. Host was very slow to respond and referred us to the building’s “admin” who we then separately had to contact. They only fixed one of our MANY issues. WiFi and tv didn’t work. One apt had bedroom lights that wouldn’t turn off and it took a full day to fix (our friend in that room had to bunk with other people for the night), another room’s lights didn’t turn on, AC leaked, one bathroom ceiling leaked, lack of hot water for 80% of our stay… Would’ve been a great stay if these issues were addressed at least!

Todo bien a excepción que reportamos el aire que no enfriaba y lo fueron a reparar pero no quedó, también un departamento me lo entregaron sucio, en el refri tenía hasta refrescos abiertos, fuera de ahí todo estuvo perfecto y la ubicación excelente todo céntrico.

El Departamento es muy amplio y muy ordenado, muy limpio. Tiene una excelente ubicación. Caminando em 1 minuto estas en los restaurantes y en 5 o en el Club. Tiene un excelente servicio también. Florencia y el personal de edificio se portaron excelente en todos los aspectos. Muy recomendable.

I just want to say wow. This place was amazing. It was a perfect location we were 20/30 minutes from cenotes Xcaret and the main attractions in the rivera Maya. The condo it self was very comfy and felt like home. We had 6 kids and they loved it. It has its own pool that kids can enjoy. Very close Resturant’s and most importantly very safe environment. There is security before entering the town and it makes you sleep as if you have no worries. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

This location is AWESOME. Right off the Marina. Great pool, close to Dolphin Discovery, stores, and restaurants. Florencia is amazing. She was the BEST with helping us arrange airport transfers to location and other things we wanted to do. Like 5 star concierge.
