The Space

Villa Vallardin is a modern-colonial residence designed for guests seeking an authentic Puerto Vallarta experience. The home celebrates local Mexican culture, fine arts, and the area’s natural beauty.

The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with approximately 6,000 square feet of living space. One bedroom is located on the first floor, while four bedrooms are on the second floor.

The staff can also prepare authentic Mexican lunches or dinners upon request for a fee of $1,000 MXN per meal, plus the cost of groceries and beverages and a tip. The fee is charged per meal, not per person. Sunday breakfast may also be requested for an additional charge.

Location

Villa Vallardin is located in the exclusive Las Gaviotas “Flats” area of Puerto Vallarta. Las Gaviotas is often called the “Bel Air” of Puerto Vallarta and is one of the city’s oldest and most exclusive neighborhoods, featuring historic-style gated mansions and modern custom homes.

The flat, walkable neighborhood provides easy access without hills and is adjacent to the Versalles gourmet food district, known for innovative and world-class restaurants. The location combines a quiet residential setting with convenient access to:

Playa Las Glorias is approximately a 15- to 20-minute walk from the villa. The Romantic Zone is about 15 minutes away by taxi or Uber, or approximately a 45-minute walk for those who enjoy a longer, flat stroll along the Malecon.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, except for the downstairs staff quarters and staff kitchen. A separate upstairs kitchen is available for guest use.

Guest Count and Maximum Occupancy

Every guest, including babies and infants, counts toward the maximum occupancy of 12 guests.

Rates are based on a maximum of eight guests. Additional guests beyond eight are charged $25 per person, per day to cover the cost of breakfast and additional daily services.

Quiet Neighborhood Policy

To help maintain the neighborhood’s quiet atmosphere, the main downstairs pool closes at 8:00 p.m.

After hours, guests may continue using:

• The upstairs terrace
• The upstairs lounge area
• The jetted pool
• The guest kitchen

Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted at the villa.

• Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Approved registered guests may not remain at the property after 9:00 p.m.
• All guests staying at the villa must be registered.
• A signed rental agreement is required after reservation confirmation.
• Exterior security cameras are located throughout the property, including the upstairs terrace and jetted pool area.
• Live-in staff are present on the property, but their private quarters and kitchen are completely separate from the guest areas.

The house guest book and rental agreement will be provided after booking for review and approval.

Parking

Garage parking is not available. Public street parking can be found around the corner from the villa.

Staff Gratuity

For villas with staff, it is customary to leave an additional tip at the end of your stay. The recommended amount is $10–$12 per person, per day, paid directly to the staff in Mexican pesos. The final amount may vary depending on the quality of service and your satisfaction.
