Lee is a terrible host , messaged me one day before arrival when we have been booked more than a month out to inform me a broken door I asked for a discount for the inconvenience which he said it’s not a big deal it’ll probably be fine when you arrive then back tracked and said the HOA is aware and is suing them for the problem so he’s purposely not disclosing the door doesn’t close fully letting mosquitoes in and the ac out He then has an attitude saying he KNOWS I haven’t stayed in phase 3 which yes I have and none of those units had that issue AC was broken and dripped water on my luggages he still refused to give me a refund had to call airbnb support Overall do not rent this unit , it’s bad and it’s not worth the money or being uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Lee’s place! Check-in was incredibly easy, and the instructions were clear from start to finish. The beachfront access was absolutely the highlight—just steps from the sand with beautiful views and the perfect spot to relax. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. Lee was responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beachfront getaway!

Our experience was phenomenal, great views, modern condo and very clean. The communication and the process of checking in and out was super easy. My family and I are looking to come back and enjoy Puerto Peñasco.

We have been visiting Las Palomas for nearly 10 years now. It never disappoints! Lee’s place is fantastic. It was very clean and easily accessible from the elevator. Lee was extremely responsive and took great care in making sure we had an excellent experience. We would definitely book with Lee again!
