The Space
Villa Yady includes complimentary supplies in limited quantities:

If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional quantities. Shampoo and conditioner are not provided.
A washing machine is available only for stays of 5 nights or more.
The property is fully fenced, making it suitable for keeping dogs within the premises.
Security Deposit
Guests without reviews posted on Airbnb may be required to pay a security deposit of $100–$200.
The deposit may be used to cover any incident during the stay, including breaking, damaging, cracking, staining, harming, or losing property items, as well as misusing the property's resources.
The security deposit is returned 1–2 days after departure once the cleaning staff's report has been received. During high season, the refund may take up to 3 days.
What to Bring
All beds are prepared with sheets, blankets, and pillows. Daily-use towels, beach towels, and pool towels are not provided.

We had a great experience during our stay. The house was very nice, clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. It's a perfect place to share and spend a few pleasant days with family or friends. We want to especially thank Roy for his attention and availability, and Vanessa, who was in charge of welcoming us and giving us the house. Vanessa was very friendly, attentive and made sure everything was in order from the moment we arrived. Everything was super good and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is very large and can comfortably accommodate many people. It is important to bring everything: water, food, supplements, everything you will need from the city, since there are no stores nearby. It's quite far from the Pan-American Highway, almost 35 minutes, and the road is not in very good condition in some places, but it's easy to get there in a regular sedan.

Super good for spending time with friends or family. Good layout for the bathrooms. Nice pool. Super close to the beach. I only recommend bringing your own food, as the options are limited on the peninsula. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay for a large group. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with plenty of areas to gather and relax. Everything was clean and in great condition, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. The host and on-site support were attentive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well organized place to enjoy Punta Chame.
