The Space
Guests do not need to clean the house during their stay. The house is cleaned after departure, although guests are asked not to leave dirty dishes in the kitchen.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests. Each bedroom has a full private bathroom, and there are also two outdoor bathrooms near the pool.
The spacious garden provides plenty of room for guests and pets to enjoy. A river crosses the property, adding to the natural surroundings.
Pool
The private pool is heated to approximately:
- 29–32°C during spring and summer, depending on the weather
- 28–29°C during autumn and winter
Pool heating and air conditioning are available for an additional cost of $800 per night. These temperatures are comparable to those commonly maintained at sports clubs and hotel pools.
Pool Table
Use of the pool table requires an optional $3,000 security deposit through Airbnb. This covers potential damage to the felt caused by tearing, spilled liquids, or food stains.
If no damage occurs, the deposit will not be requested from Airbnb. Guests who do not wish to use the pool table should leave it covered.
Guest Access
Enjoy the warm weather, sunshine, private pool, and relaxing surroundings in a house reserved exclusively for your group.
The gated subdivision has private security and includes a store for guests' convenience. A clubhouse with tennis courts is also available as an option.
Additional Services
We can put you in contact with a local woman who prepares excellent taquizas. She can also arrange a quesadilla stand at the house. Additional service providers may be available upon request.
Pets
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $600 per reservation to cover extra cleaning.

Lalo's service from the very beginning was spectacular. The photos didn't do the house justice, as it is beautiful and comfortable. We had a great time, and we would come back again.

Excellent place, better than in the photos, it has everything you need to cook. The fire pit is a plus to spend the night and enjoy with the family. The pool is very nice. The only drawback is that there were many flies in the palapa area, which is unpleasant for the owner, so repellent should be used.
