The Space

Fully remodeled in December 2023, the condominium combines generous living areas, comfort, and privacy overlooking Santa Lucía Bay.

The expansive social area opens onto a 20-meter panoramic oceanfront balcony. It includes a spacious dining area with comfortable cushioned seating, multiple lounge spaces, and views to enjoy throughout the day.

The condominium has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning:

• Two bedrooms with two double beds
• High-end mattresses
• 450-thread-count cotton sheets

The fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining and living areas. Additional features include:

• Built-in Bluetooth speaker system in the social area’s ceiling

Daily housekeeping is included. With advance reservation and an additional fee, the following services can also be arranged:

Guest Access

Guests have access to the condominium’s pool, garden, restaurant and bar, and beach club.

The building offers direct beach access. Its restaurant and bar are located beside the pool, with waiter service available in both the beach club and pool areas. Guests may also bring their own food and drinks to these areas instead of ordering from the restaurant.

Shower towels and pool towels are provided for all guests.

The condominium has 24-hour security and controlled access. One covered parking space is assigned exclusively to the condominium. Visitor parking spaces are generally available, subject to availability and without specific assignment.

All guests must be registered in advance and wear their assigned wristband throughout their stay.

Location: Santa Lucía Bay

One of the property’s main advantages is its position overlooking Santa Lucía Bay, the landscape that helped establish Acapulco as a world-famous destination.

Unlike Acapulco Diamante, which was developed later along the open Pacific Ocean and has stronger waves and more intense currents, the bay offers calmer waters that are ideal for swimming. During the day, the view is vibrant, with boats sailing across the water and beautiful green mountains rising from the sea. From the balcony, there is always something different to see.

The scenery is framed by the soft, distinctive golden sand that gives this part of the city its name: Acapulco Dorado.

At night, the atmosphere changes completely. Mountains form a silhouette along the horizon while city lights surround the bay, creating one of Acapulco’s most beautiful and distinctive nighttime views.

Santa Lucía Bay offers more than beautiful water and exceptional scenery. It is also located in the city’s main tourist area, with a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and services within easy walking distance, eliminating the need for a car.

The extraordinary geography of Santa Lucía Bay helped make Acapulco one of the world’s most famous beach destinations and led to its international reputation as the legendary “Pearl of the Pacific.”

Important Information Before Booking

The only remaining aesthetic restoration work after the hurricanes involves some finishes on the building’s rear façade. This area is visible from the street upon arrival, and minor exterior restoration is currently underway.

The work does not affect the use or enjoyment of the apartment, condominium, or facilities. All areas are operating normally and remain in excellent condition. Every review comes from a guest who stayed after Otis and therefore reflects the property’s current guest experience.

The condominium maintains a peaceful, residential, and family-friendly atmosphere. Celebrations among registered guests are welcome when they remain moderate and respectful.

• Loud parties are not permitted.
• Events with outside guests are not permitted.
• Bachelor and bachelorette party bookings are not permitted.
• Every guest must be included in the reservation and registered before arrival.

Compliance with the property and condominium rules is monitored throughout each stay. Serious violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

For stays from December 8 through January 8, the apartment is professionally decorated for Christmas.
