I can't say enough good things about this home. Perfect location only a few blocks from the jardin, beautifully appointed with a number of distinct indoor/outdoor living spaces, and a very responsive host. I would highly recommend this home to all of my friends.

So many great things about our stay! Alejandro was incredibly helpful and very nice to work with, as were the other LRM employees. We encountered some issues with heavy rains (it was the June rainy season) and a few leaks in the house (as is normal for Mexico homes) - they responded right away and very graciously. Every message sent was responded to almost immediately. The home was beautiful, very comfortable and incredibly spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was super hot. All the living spaces were better than shown in the photos. Elevator was very convenient for our heavy luggage. The location was simply the best! Safe and tucked away off the main street, so very quiet. We enjoyed everything about this house, especially its location - very central to walking everywhere! We really can't say enough good things about our stay, LRM & Alejandro. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for everything!!

An incredible stay in San Miguel de Allende! This home was stunning, spotlessly clean, and exactly as advertised. No surprises, just a beautiful property that delivered on every promise. The décor felt authentically local and every space was warm and inviting. The Property Management company was equally impressive, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. We always felt like valued guests. Highly recommend. We’re already planning our return trip!

The house is spacious and beautiful, just as shown in the photos. We had a very nice time in San Miguel de Allende; we hope to return another time.

The location was great. The home was as descripted but the complex was not -no water in the shared pool and hot tub and they needed repairs. The home was very large and roomy. The courtyard and terraces were minimally furnished but lacked the plants and flowers that you usually find in San Miguel and the rooftop concrete benches had no cushions. We ran out of filtered water but did receive more the next day. The heating units upstairs worked well. We were advised not to use the elevator. The third level bathtub/shower would not drain well and it and the toilet emitted bad smells. A worker came to address the issue but actually did nothing and we were advised that everything was fine. Meanwhile those guests had to use the second floor bath. To access the home you must have 3 keys. One each for the street entrance, the iron gate, and the home. You must have keys in hand to unlock and relock each. We only had one set of keys for 2 families making this very inconvenient.

The property is excellent. I really liked the location, it is located in a very nice private area with good security. The area is very central: there are many attractions and good restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. Spacious rooms, with good finishes and very comfortable beds. The house is extremely well maintained, impeccably clean and very functional and pleasant in every aspect. I highly recommend this place, it is definitely my favorite place to stay in San Miguel!

We really enjoyed staying here. The host was always very attentive to our needs. The condo is a few blocks from the center. There are lots of places to shop and eat osw by.
