The Space
Villa de Lujo 2 Hab is a two-story villa located a five-minute walk from the beautiful white-sand Mansita Beach at the JW Marriott and Spa. The villa features:

Hacienda Pinilla
Hacienda Pinilla is a private, 4,500-acre beach and resort community located beyond the main security gate. The property extends through forest and historic working ranchland to a secondary security gate near Villa Estrella Del Mar. The community offers a variety of amenities and outdoor activities.
Pet Policy
- Animals of any kind are not allowed because some members of the cleaning staff have allergies.
Guest and Visitor Access
If you expect visitors, please provide their names and visit dates at least 24 hours in advance. This information will be sent to the Hacienda Pinilla security guards so they can grant your visitors access.
Amenities and Activities
Beach Club
Beach Club access costs $45 per person per day for guests aged 12 and older. The fee is non-consumable. The Beach Club is closed on Tuesdays during the low season.
Upon arrival, check in at the Beach Club reception and mention that you are staying at Palmas Real 230. Facilities include:

- Locker rooms
- Spa services
- Fitness area
- Children’s playground
- Shaded lounge chairs
The communal pool is free and does not require Beach Club access.
Horseback Riding

To make a reservation, call 2681-4500.
Tennis
Two tennis courts are located past the Pro Shop, on the right-hand side of the parking lot. To reserve a court, call 2681-4426. Courts are also available for nighttime rentals with lighting.
JW Marriott
Access to the JW Marriott is available through a day pass costing approximately $100 per person. Call in advance because passes are subject to availability and depend on the hotel’s occupancy on that day.
A day pass is not required to have lunch or dinner at the JW Marriott, but reservations are necessary.

Extremely clean and nice, safe place. Great location close to playa Mansita. The pool had some construction so we weren’t able to access, but Viktor quickly made it right even though it was beyond his control. Would stay here again

We had a great stay at Viktor’s place! As a frequent guest of Hacienda Pinilla his place was the most pristine we have ever stayed. I would most certainly return and would certainly recommend it to others.

The perfect place! Viktor is super helpful and all the directions are very clear. The place was in the perfect spot for pool and beach access and close to the ice cream at the JW Marriott! We loved having the 2 bedrooms and space to spread out! Would definitely recommend!!

The home was in a private setting next to the JW Marriott. Walking to the beach was very easy. There are 2 sets of guard gates that protect the home, so we felt it was very safe.

Viktor's place was fantastic - peaceful, comfortable, tastefully decorated. The pool was very nice and quiet. Just minutes walk to a beach for some spectacular sunsets. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This is a wonderful townhome/villa in a peaceful location walkable to a beautiful beach. The home and surrounding landscape is picturesque. Lots of great amenities and towns nearby also made the stay here easy and enjoyable.

Viktor’s property was in the perfect location. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space and with a great hammock located on the second level porch. I would highly recommend this location in Hacienda Pinella.
