The Space

This condo offers a comfortable home base with ample room to relax and enjoy your stay. It includes air conditioning, cable TV, and internet access. The fully equipped kitchen features:

• Full-sized refrigerator
• Cooktop and oven (brand new cooktop recently installed)
• Dishwasher
• Coffee maker
• Microwave
• Toaster
• Blender
• Cookware, flatware, and dishes for six guests

Each registered guest receives a Turkish beach towel and a bath towel. Hand towels are provided in the bathroom, and kitchen towels are available in the kitchen. Guests also have access to biodegradable 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and biodegradable kitchen soap. An iron and hair dryer are available for use.

Complimentary beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are provided within the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Weekly cleaning service is included for stays longer than seven nights. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee.

Please note, this condo is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, so guests must be able to climb stairs. There is potential for noise in the unit.

The condo is conveniently situated within walking distance to all that Tamarindo offers:

• 2-minute walk to the beach
• 4-minute walk to the town center
• Located on the same block as the newly constructed Starbucks

Amenities and Guest Access

Guests have access to common area amenities from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., which include:

• Plunge pool
• Shallow pool for children
• Outdoor shower and foot shower
• Gas barbecue grill with grilling tools
• Lounging areas near the pool for relaxing or dining outdoors

Additional Information

The condo offers self check-in and is pet friendly, allowing up to two pets. Dogs are welcome in common areas but must be kept on a leash. Please inform the host if you plan to bring a pet.

Tamarindo is undergoing significant development, which may result in some noise from construction during legal working hours.

The local environment includes native wildlife such as ants, spiders, moths, lizards, flies, beetles, howler monkeys, skunks, porcupines, possums, iguanas, and hawks. Occasional sightings of these animals inside or around the property are normal, especially during the rainy season when they seek shelter. Guests should avoid leaving unsealed food out to minimize encounters. Pest control measures are in place, but no refunds will be issued due to wildlife sightings. If pests become problematic, guests may use the provided insect spray or request assistance from maintenance.

Power outages can occur in Costa Rica. If an outage lasts longer than six hours, a 25% refund will be offered for the affected day. No refunds are provided for outages shorter than six hours.

Onsite parking is available for one vehicle but is limited.

Potential noise sources include street noise, construction, and nearby nightlife.
