The Space

Experience the character of Puebla in this restored historic house, located just a 15-minute walk from the Zócalo and close to the main tourist area. The property combines historic charm, modern comfort, and a convenient central location, making it well suited for families or large groups.

The house includes:

• Four bedrooms
• Three full bathrooms
• Comfortable shared spaces
• Capacity for up to 12 guests

For additional space, you may request access to the private loft at the back of the property.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are arranged for a comfortable stay:

• Two bedrooms with king-size beds
• Two bedrooms with two double beds each

Bathrooms

The property has three full bathrooms:

• One with a bathtub
• One inside the house with a handheld shower
• One in the patio, surrounded by greenery

Living and Dining Areas

The living room features elegant décor and a Samsung The Frame TV, providing a comfortable place to relax or watch a movie with your group.

Guests traveling for work can use the private office and high-speed internet with speeds of 250 Mbps.

The dining room seats eight people. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and an additional table for four, making it easy to prepare and share meals.

Private Loft

An independent loft is located at the back of the property and is available upon request. It has private access and includes:

• A kitchen
• A television room
• A dining area
• A full bathroom
• A terrace
• One bedroom with a king-size bed

Guests staying in the loft have access to their own private terrace but cannot access the main patio, providing additional comfort and privacy.

Parking

Private parking is available inside the property for up to three vehicles.

If you bring additional cars, a parking lot is located approximately a five-minute walk away and charges $60 MXN per 24 hours.

Important Information

• For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning service is required at a cost of $450 MXN.
• Please keep vehicles inside the designated parking area. We are not responsible for damage or theft involving vehicles parked on the street.
• A washing machine is not available. However, the cleaning staff may assist with laundry during their working hours, subject to availability.
• During spring and summer, the house may become warm. Fans are provided, and we recommend using them intermittently for greater safety.
• Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $1,500 MXN.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including cigarettes, vapes, and any other substances.
