The property is spacious and ideal for large groups. We were a family of 14 and we were very comfortable. Ricardo was flexible and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. We definitely recommend the place!

Second and last time we visited La Quinta. We went for the first time 6 months ago. We enjoyed the place, although there were some maintenance issues that needed improvement. On this occasion, since we arrived, we noticed that the place was dirty (not swept or cleaned, animal feces inside and outside the house, dirty refrigerator inside, stained bedding, dust on all the furniture), doors that didn't even close. Days before, we had asked about the condition of the TV (previously in poor condition) and the owner told us that it was working well, but when we arrived, neither the TVs nor the cable worked. Communication was truly non-existent. We reported what we found to the caretakers on Friday, but they didn't go to the place until Saturday afternoon. Ricardo responded 24 hours after the multiple messages we sent and never solved the problem. It's a real shame what has happened to care and communication in such a short time. I don't recommend it anymore.

The stay was very nice. The house is quite spacious, comfortable and perfect for a group or family vacation. The pool and the ranch were very nice and well maintained. They were definitely among the parts we enjoyed the most. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was super quiet. Ricardo was very nice and helped us a lot. We would definitely go back!
