There’s an ample dining area adjacent to kitchen or just dine al fresco in its 1500’s lavish courtyard garden to the sound of original flowing fountain in the center.

The master bedroom with cable TV and its fully private bathroom is on the first floor. There’s a half bathroom conveniently on first floor while the second floor with two bedrooms has its own shared full bathroom. For your comfort, every bedroom has an AC unit. First floor entry provides a large indoor lounge area apart from cozy cable TV room & protected outdoor seating area and now a rooftop with Volcano views. Rest assured with indoor car garage big enough for a large SUV.

Other things to note The house is located 5 short blocks from Iglesia La Mercedand and next to the San Sebastian park. sometimes the road can be busy with buses. there is filtered water to drink and for your convenience, we have filter water to brush your teeth in the bathrooms.

Stayed for a couple days and would definitely come back, the house was beautiful nothing i’ve ever seen before. Had it’s own parking space, A/C which was very important to us. We also had an issue with someone parking at the door and the host called the police and had them removed, which was amazing he was always very responsive and helped make our stay better.

I have stayed in Antigua many times but never in the area of this house. I was looking for something a bit removed from the main square. This area is located closer to locals, quiet parks, the “bosque” brewery, and easily walkable everywhere, including for my 81 y/o parent. Also, close to the soccer stadium if there is a game and you want to watch a match. The home is clean, instructions are clear and the property is well maintained. Exceeded expectations.

We had a lovely weekend at Oscar’s house. He was very flexible and kind. He had someone waiting for us to help with our luggage. The house was so cozy and beautiful The beds were comfortable as well.

A great house that is walking distance from everything in Antigua. It was very clean and spacious. But it’s all outdoors i didn’t know that from the pictures or the discerption. We enjoyed our stay here.

We really loved Oscar's place. The courtyard was are favorite and we spent almost our entire time outside watching the butterfly's and hummingbirds visiting the beautiful flowers. The place is huge, far more space than we needed but it was so nice to have. The AC was strong enough to keep us cool on the warm/humid nights and the bed in the master bedroom was VERY comfortable. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Antigua but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Literally 1 block from a beautiful park with some classic Antigua ruins on the side. A very quintessential Antiguan location. Oscar was very accommodating and flexible with our check-in time and we could not be more thankful for such a thoughtful host. We will definitely be trying to stay here again when we come back to Antigua.

This home is in a very convenient location. It is very ample and the fact it has parking is a plus if you are planning to have a car while you visit Antigua. Oscar communicated effectively and provided solutions for an inconvenience we encountered with the home during our stay. I would definitely look forward staying here in the future.
