Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Beach Front Villa w/AC/TV

Beautiful and clean home. Lovely garden full of life- little lizards, dart frogs, hummingbirds, exotic birds, butterflies, and beautiful flowers. And is there anything better than having a private beach? That was my absolute favorite part! Nice kitchen, full size fridge, hot showers, good ac in the bedrooms. Beautiful covered deck with ocean breezes to cool off with. Would definitely recommend

The beachfront house is beautiful with views of both the garden and the beach. It’s in a convenient, private location—walking distance to a store and restaurant, and a short drive to town. The interior is airy and bright, with large windows and an open layout. The balcony offers a stunning beach view, comfortable seating, and a large dining table. A short walk through a flowery garden leads directly to the beach. There is a loft master bedroom, and two bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, and a good fridge. The gas stove is older but works fine. Bathrooms are spacious with big open showers and ample hot water. Laundry can be done for $15 per load. A/C works well in the bedrooms and main living area. Security is excellent—gated, fenced, and locked at night. Only minor drawbacks: lighting is dim, showers could use grab bars, upstairs bedroom is quite dark, and some furniture could be updated. Overall, we’d love to return!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and spacious, the hosts are very responsive to any questions or issues. The beach is a 1 minute walk that does NOT require walking across any roads. We saw Toucans, lizards, and frogs at the house. There are supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes drive away. What a great place to stay in such a wonderful locations. We spent lots of time in the gorgeous black sand of the beach just a short walk from the home.

Gorgeous property. The house itself and the garden was stunning. Maybe even better in person than in the pictures. Location could not have been better. Right on the beach and walking and biking to town was so easy. Communication was excellent. Property managers were extremely helpful with anything that came up.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! We were lucky to stay here for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is breezy and cool after the sun goes down. The walk to the beach is less than a minute. We really liked that it was close enough to town to bike or walk to the restaurants and fun —- but also far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. If I can make a recommendation please ask for Chef Priscilla’s contact info after you book. She is a talented chef who offered several different menus to choose from before coming to cook at the house. The most enjoyable and relaxing meals we ate in Puerto Viejo!! Stunning place. We absolutely loved our stay. Hearing the sound of the waves night and day was lovely. Fantastic area with so much to do and Fabian from Rise was great with restaurant recommendations.

We loved our stay here! Very easy to walk to the beach through the beautiful garden. Plenty of room for our family of 7. We rented bikes in Puerto Viejo and biked everywhere. Beds were all comfortable and enough kitchen gear to cook if you wish. Laundry can be done for $14 a load and we took advantage of that. The two bedrooms with air conditioning were very comfortable. The other bedroom got quite warm but was doable with a fan and we knew going in that there was no air conditioning in that area. We would love to come back here!
