Our stay at Conchal Essence was amazing! Everything from the communication, how easy it was to check in and the Airbnb itself exceeded our expectations. Rooms, beds, kitchen and restrooms were perfectly clean and brand new! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Worst 'luxury' experience ever. The property has serious maintenance issues: broken AC, unusable outlets, and terrible internet. The main bed was extremely uncomfortable; they swapped it for another one that was just as bad, after actually suggested putting a twin foldable bed on the floor as a 'solution.' We also had plumbing issues that left us with only one working bathroom. We even spent a night without AC in 90-degree heat because there was no on-site staff to help. Management was unhelpful answering with an over the book response. The small refund offered doesn't even begin to cover the frustration of dealing with issues almost every day of our stay. Absolutely not worth $400/night. Save your money.

Beautiful place just as advertised! The four of us (2 adults and two older teenage sons) loved the comfort of coming back to this place after a long day of adventure. Great location too for food, groceries and other beach areas. Access to the Beach Club and Playa Conchal was a highlight for us. Rose was such a great host and communicator. When renting spaces things can happen unexpectedly just like in your own home, however it’s the response from the host that matters. We lost hot water and Rose and her team had us back up and running within hours. That’s service at its best! You won’t regret booking this place!

Excelente sitio. Muy bonito y cómodo. El apartamento está en la parte alta de Reserva Conchal y tiene una excelente vista. El Club de la Reserva es excelente y muy cómodo.

Excelente experiencia en familia. El anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La casa estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. Un lugar tranquilo y seguro, ideal para vacacionar.

We really enjoyed the beach club. Beautiful beach! We wished the communication was clearer about access to facilities. A binder would be helpful. For example the fitness pass was left in the safe? An odd place. The beach is a drive. Also the kitchen was majorly lacking basic equipment to cook. Bring some good knives and a spatula for pancakes!
