Has a lovely time staying here. Lots of space for my family to spread out and a great location for exploring the heart of San Lucas. Very walkable and friendly staff. We went during off season so no issues with noise for us! The pool was such a nice place to relax and the cocktails were great at the pool bar! Make sure to check out Gardenias across the street for yummy fish tacos and delicious breakfast too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had mixed feelings about this stay. One of the bedrooms had no AC, but it did have a bathroom. Two other bedrooms had AC but no bathroom. There is a dividing window between two of the bedrooms that does not close. The place felt dated and the bathrooms were on the smaller side. If you are staying in the main bedroom you will have no complaints. The bunk beds in the 4th room are not very usable since you only have 1 foot of clearance. The bottom bunk is the only one that can be used. My daughter was too afraid to sleep in there as it had a haunted vibe. The location here is great and is close to everything (walmart, coffee, medano, restaurants). The pool is also very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lesley's place in Cabo this April! It was perfect for a family getaway - and large enough so everyone had their own space to chill, too! I personally loved getting up early each morning and listening to the birds while drinking my coffee overlooking the pool and palm trees on the gorgeous balcony. The grounds workers, bartenders, concierge were all so nice as well! With local grocery stores so close we spent many nights in grilling and eating outside. We waited to eat breakfast at the cafe inside Marina Sol (Oasis)and I wish we would have eaten there more! the food was very well-priced and delicious. Again, such nice servers!! I hope we come back. I most definitely prefer these older buildings that were built well and made to last! thanks again for a great stay. Jen and family

Lesley’s place was an extremely comfortable getaway near the heart of Cabo. Great facilities, family friendly environment, optimal staff and security 24/7!

Excellent unit, perfect property and location and the value was the big win here — Leslie was wonderful to work with, we will be back and absolutely recommend this spot to other families or larger groups. *Follow the other comments; bring white noise machines and earplugs for the guests in the back room. However the front master was very quiet.

Good location, responsive host. Was loud inside as other reviews stated. I initially thought a window was open but it’s just not sound proof and you can hear everything from outside streets. Not as clean but was doable for a short stay.

Great place to stay! Walkable to great restaurants, Médano Beach Bars & also the Marina. The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay! The guest room with the en suite bathroom was very loud so you really couldn’t use it at night without waking everyone up. That Sam room had a window between it and the 3rd guest room that didn’t have a glass pane in. So it did make privacy a bit difficult. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again & it was worth the cost!

Great location & place - few quirks which I’m sure are more of the age of home than the owners fault. Electric is a little weird - hard to find an outlet that fully charged phones over night, random light flickers etc. Plumbing also a bit challenging - couldn’t really use both showers at same time - one shower would have no water pressure. Toilet a bit loud in one of bathrooms, etc and the dishwasher didn’t work - BUT the staff was so kind / accommodating, got us a high chair/pack n play, offered to send up housekeeping to wash dishes (but we just did them) A/C worked great, house comfy/nice. And the little things didn’t really matter - it’s such a family friendly unit/community. We always stay in this complex & love it. You really can’t beat it - highly recommend. They even had games so we could sit by pool n play at night. Neighbors nice - staff helped pull off a special bday dinner as well. 5 min walk to beach & grocery store. 15 to marina w/ short cuts. Thanks for having us!
