Oleo Cancun sets the prices, which are usually $95 USD per person per day, except during Christmas.
Packages can be purchased by the day or by the week. Alternatively, you can cross the street to the restaurants on the lagoon side, as the on-site restaurants operate under the all-inclusive system.
A buffet breakfast option is also available for $35 USD per person per day.

Airport Transfers

Cleaning

Elevators
The elevators have strict weight and capacity limits. Each elevator can accommodate a maximum of four people without luggage or two people with luggage. Exceeding the intended capacity may cause mechanical failure or damage. Guests are fully responsible for repair costs if improper use results in an elevator malfunction or breakdown.
Room Views
The rooms offer two views: one window faces the sea, while another faces the side of the building. Because the apartment is located on the first level, service ducts are situated on the terrace and are visible from the side-facing window.

I wouldn't be able to return to this place. The apartment is very dirty. The walls and door frames have cracks. There are no functional kitchen utensils. I think I wasted my money. The front door has lock problems. It's nothing like the photos they have on the app. The sofa bed is disassembled. I wrote to the host and he got upset because I told him what was going on, and he sent the supervisor, and she had to agree with me. I don't know how they can allow this kind of thing. I wanted to leave this place. 5 lights in the apartment are burned out, and I have photos of what I'm telling you. It's horrible.

My family of five and our little dog stayed in this apartment for 22 nights. We loved the stay, but above all, we loved the hosts and the people around them. Responsive hosts, beautiful place and views., However with kids and a pet , The few things thing think about before you book is the resort will not even sell you a cup of water if you did not purchase the $95 per person per day plan, which was mentioned to us by the hosts I believe I did not read the details ahead of time and if you are using their pool are and are thirsty they won’t sell you anything no drinks no food no information if you inquire about anything they tell you they can’t help you so you plan ahead if you plan to use the pool or the beach because it is private no public vendors, the OXXO across the street was helpful. The beach was not swimmable in red area so we ended up driving to public beaches around, no balcony to sit down and enjoy the beach view at the suite, everything else was good fully staffed kitchen I appreciate the coffee provided and laundry detergent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located only 10–15 minutes from the airport and is right on the beachfront, so at night you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves — which was amazing. Each room has its own air conditioner, which made the stay very comfortable. The beds are large and very soft, so we slept really well. A special thank you to Agustin, who kindly bought a baby high chair for our child upon our request — we really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. There is also a nice café downstairs where you can get good coffee and croissants in the morning. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay, especially for families.
