- A short but steep 30-meter hill must be climbed to access the property, which may be a consideration for guests without a car.
- Rates apply to 1-2 guests; additional guests incur a $15 per person per night fee.

Our stay was wonderful! The place is located perfectly between Quepos and Manuel Antonio, everything we did was just a short drive away. We were able to see lots of monkeys, birds, and iguanas from the patio! Everything was clean and they even offered cleanings at no extra charge, which they schedule with you beforehand. The staff was responsive and friendly. They provide directions to the waterfall on the property. It’s a short hike to a beautiful and private swimming hole you can’t miss while staying. The property was a bit tricky to get to, but once you figure it out it’s easy. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is super nice. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared to have most things you might need. The two beds both had comfortable luxury mattresses. The bedrooms had good lighting, plenty of shelves and hanging space, a/c plus ceiling fans. There were plenty of good quality towels, and the shower was great. The sitting room was spacious and comfortable, and there is a nice balcony which surrounds you with greenery and the sounds of nature (plus I imagine monkeys at times). If you are not good with stairs, or have a lot of luggage, you might want to choose a different place, as there are stairs up to the building and then more stairs up to apartment #3. We were only there two nights, so didn't raise this as an issue (maybe it could have easily been fixed) but the wifi coverage was not great. Once outside the sitting area the signal was really low, and the wifi kept disconnecting.

Everything is very nice. Excellent complex with secure access. Very large and comfortable apartment. Ours was perhaps a bit dark because it was surrounded by a lot of vegetation, but it didn't bother us at all. Very complete and comfortable kitchen. The balcony is a great place to have breakfast surrounded by nature. Sometimes they visit the monkeys in the area to see if they can get some food (which, of course, you shouldn't give them). The pool is excellent and is very useful for relaxing after a long day at the beach or hiking. The El Salto waterfall is very close, which is a very good excursion to do. Highly recommended.
