We stayed at this hilltop home for our Vacay to Sayulita. The Host was great and the Home was extremely nice! Great amenities and spectacular views! I am sure this is one of the best homes in town and the overall experience was amazing. A few important notes for those booking this home: First and foremost. If you book this home you absolutely NEED to rent a V6+ SUV and or 4x4 to get up the enormous, rocky, terrible condition hill. Its about 1/4 mile long and EXTREMELY steep and dangerous when wet(rain),(a basic car will slide down). (or do the quad/golf cart option) ,next, this is a Tri-level home and each level is only accessed from exterior outdoor stairways (clean, nice, well lit). Be prepared for the above and this home is perfect. BOTH Kitchens were well stocked with pots/pans/spices etc. A/C worked great , Games were a nice touch, Pool was nice and warm. Bluetooth speaker was great. The House is really set up for you to fully enjoy a relaxing vacation! Highly Recommend.

Casa Zula has the most beautiful view of Sayulita. Although the entrance and the incline were too steep, after many attempts, it was possible to get up with a truck. The views are totally worth it We loved being surrounded by so much nature

Paulo’s house was fabulous. We spent a week there with two families. Everyone loved it. Definitely take Paulo’s advice and rent ATV vehicles as the road to the house is steep. We loved Sayulito- explored all the restaurants, beaches, hikes, and simply enjoying the view from the house. Lupita and David, who came daily to straighten up the house were lovely. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely return.

The house is beautiful, just like the photos. Paulo was a super host, always giving clear information, responding quickly, and always attentive. The bathrooms were equipped with towels, toilet paper, hand soap, umbrella, and beach and pool towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.

Paulo’s place is stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean, same as the kitchens and living rooms. Great stay for a group of friends or family. The views are incredible, day or night, we loved spending the afternoons lounging by the pool, and star gazing in the evenings. The house is located on a hill so pay close attention to how to reach the house, because it is quite a steep incline. Paulos instructions were quite helpful. A few minute walk to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed every minute we spent in Sayulita. We’re excited to come back to Paulo’s place.

Very good place to stay in Sayulita. We loved the house. It has a very good view since it's located at the top of the mountain. We appreciate the good service! We would love to come back.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and had the best time! The sunsets are unbeatable, comfortable semi firm beds, clean space with lots of areas to hang out both inside (in the AC) and outside by the pool plus in the second kitchen upstairs. The cleaner came every few days to collect our garbage, and clean the pool and beds! As mentioned the hill is very steep but not too long! We opted to rent ATVs for part of our stay and it was awesome, we were able to get up with a full 4 & 6 seater side by side without any issues! I would advise against trying to get a golf cart up that incline and go straight for the ATV/side by side!

Amazing place! The host was also very nice and responded quickly to all kinds of questions. Be aware that the road up is extremely steep and not for any car. Parking below is also an easy option. Thank you!

Such a beautiful place! Our group had an amazing time here. Everything was just like the photos. Beautiful surroundings, we almost didn’t want to leave the Airbnb at all. Paulo is also super responsive with anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!
