The Space

This home is located just meters from the river, between the sixth and ninth holes of the golf course. The clubhouse, tennis courts, hiking trails, old railroad tracks, and heritage bridges are all within walking distance.

Unlike other condominiums in the region, this community allows guests to play tennis or use the nine-hole golf course for a small fee. It is an exclusive, low-density community with only 54 homes, offering opportunities to:

• Play pool or table tennis in the clubhouse

The condominium entrance fee is covered, so you do not need to pay it as part of your reservation.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the private property and its amenities. Please note that the jacuzzi shown in the photographs is not heated.

Guests also have access to the condominium’s three tennis courts and breathtaking nine-hole golf course, which are available for a small fee.

Full spa sessions can be arranged at Entremontes Wellness Hotel & Spa, located just a few meters from the condominium entrance. A massage therapist can also be arranged to provide treatments at the house.

Additional Information

Noise and Events Policy

This home is located in a family condominium.

• Loud parties and events are not permitted.
• Music and noise are not allowed after 1:00 a.m.
• Maximum music volume is 65 dB during the day and 55 dB at night, measured in the driveway.
• A fine of 1,817,052 pesos applies for noncompliance.

If you plan to host a party, please rent a different property.

Housekeeping

Housemaids charge 100,000 pesos (US$26) per day.

• One maid is provided for groups of fewer than six people.
• Two maids are provided for groups of more than six people.
• The maids clean, cook, and assist with your needs.

Guests are responsible for providing groceries. In Colombia, it is customary for maids not to bring their own food or cook separately, so please remember to purchase enough food for them as well.

Pets
