The Space

This beautiful colonial-style house is arranged on a single floor and features spacious interiors, a garden, and a pool with optional climate control.

Set in a peaceful countryside environment, the property enjoys excellent weather throughout the year, with average temperatures ranging from 25–34°C (77–94°F).

The house and garden offer lush vegetation and inviting corners where you can enjoy memorable moments with family and friends. It is an ideal setting for experiencing the natural beauty and pleasant climate of Morelos.

The property includes 1,800 square meters of garden space, suitable for gatherings and family events.

The house accommodates up to 12 guests in three bedrooms and shared spaces. Two additional bedrooms are available for up to eight more guests. The total number of guests must be provided before booking so the correct rate can be quoted.

The bungalows will only be opened if arranged with the host in advance or if the property is booked at its full capacity.

House Rules

• Loudspeakers are strictly prohibited unless the owner gives explicit permission.
• If permission is granted, speakers must not be used after 22:00.
• The pool closes at 23:00 and reopens the following morning.
• As the property is part of a community, guests are expected to respect the neighbors.

Guest Access and Amenities

• A property attendant is present 24/7 to safeguard guests.
• All rooms include mosquito nets and fans.
• A barbecue grill is provided for outdoor cooking; guests only need to bring charcoal.
• The kitchen is fully equipped and includes indoor and outdoor dining areas.
• A trampoline is available for the whole family. Care and supervision are required.
• A hammock is provided for relaxing outdoors.
• The pool includes a shallow area where young children can walk.
• Pool climate control is recommended from October onward, as the water can be quite cold in the morning.
• Wi-Fi with a speed of 60 MB.
• Cable television with Netflix.
• Board games are available.
• There is ample parking for cars inside the property.
• A designated bonfire area is available by appointment.
• A corridor around the property is suitable for running or leisurely walks.

Yautepec is a rural area where the sounds of nature are present throughout the day. Visitors from abroad may find that some Spanish is useful, as people in town may not speak other international languages.
