The Space

Casa Ceiba is a brand new two-story house. The entire ground floor is available for rent and consists of two separate apartments, each with its own fully equipped kitchen. Together, they offer a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Each bedroom (three in total) includes air conditioning, which is included in the price. Both apartments have their own outdoor patio and share access to a swimming pool. This setup is ideal for two families or groups of friends.

The apartments come with orthopedic mattresses, ceiling fans in every room, an additional pedestal fan in the bedrooms, real hot water, an automatic washing machine, and a drying rack. Windows and doors have insect screens. Free Wi-Fi with 300 Mbps speed is available, along with a TV in each room and a security box.

The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, cooktop, coffee maker, and all necessary cutlery and dishes. Bed sheets and bath towels are provided (for indoor use only, not for the pool or beach). Beach towels are not supplied.

Basic kitchen staples such as sugar, salt, oil, and coffee, as well as hand soap and toilet paper, are provided for the first few days of your stay.

Location

Casa Ceiba is situated just a few steps from the town center and the beach. It is located in a very quiet area but remains close to supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and all essential amenities. Two supermarkets are within approximately 250 meters, offering convenient access to everything you might need.

Nature and Surroundings

Guests at Casa Ceiba can enjoy the presence of local wildlife, including howler monkeys, horses, cows, pigs, iguanas, skunks, squirrels, and many bird species. You will also experience the natural sounds of frogs, crickets, cicadas, and the gentle waves of the sea.

The location offers stunning red sunsets, star-filled night skies, and the magical sight of fireflies.
