The Space
Hacienda Pinilla house is designed with very spacious areas and rooms. Large window doors open to bring the outdoors indoors. The house features a total of five bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, providing plenty of privacy for family and friends.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, great natural light, and very comfortable beds. The common areas in the house are large and fully equipped. The living room includes a nice and comfortable sofa with a television, while the kitchen has all the necessary implements and amenities to cook and entertain guests.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, but could have benefited from a deep clean. We did have an issue with the patio door handle being broken and the alarm going off one night. We didn’t know it was a previous problem and when we asked for the problem to be resolved it would have to go through someone other than CRT group. Pool was good. Everyone enjoyed it. Could definitely use a good scrubbing. You do have to constantly keep skimming the pool because of the tree leaves that are constantly flying in there. AC units were amazing!! The house was always at a great temp to escape the heat. Overall beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay, out of the three houses we stayed at during our vacation this was the most expensive, but least maintained.

We had a nice stay overall. The space was very spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed, which made things really convenient. The beds were also very comfortable. We did run into a few issues during our stay, including the AC leaking and some insects, including frogs. However, the host was very responsive and quick to address our concerns, even calling technicians to fix the problems. That said, the place could have benefited from a deeper cleaning. Overall, it was a good stay with a responsive host.

The house was generally as expected. Open house with high ceilings echoes loudly and lots of loud road noise in the morning. Kids loved the pool. Not stand out great, but worked well as a crash pad for a group of 14 with 6 kids. Joustinne the concierge was awesome!

Overall, our stay was rather enjoyable. The place had a beautiful open layout and we felt really safe within the community. The beach club was great and had good food options, but other than the beach club and the Marriot, there were no other options anywhere nearby. We also had major issues with the front door and the plumbing/water pressure. The front door was super hard to open and would not stay closed unless you locked the door. The price we paid was worth it, but there were minor issues that made it hard for us to keep the place clean.
