Loved the place! We had an amazing time celebrating my son's 14th birthday along with his friends. Spacious, welcoming, clean and lovely place for all ages. The house is exactly as pictured, and having the two pools so close by was really nice touch. Definitely will be coming back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dulce Vida at Pelican Eyes in San Juan del Sur! The house exceeded all of our expectations. It is beautifully designed, spotless, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable right in front of the Bistro and just steps away from the swimming pool, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. It was the perfect place for our group to spend quality time together,. Ksenia was an exceptional host. She was kind, responsive,. Her hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay , we highly recommend Dulce Vida. The property is beautiful, in a safe and convenient location, and we enjoyed having the restaurant and bar nearby. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the opportunity to visit. That said, the cleanliness fell short of our expectations. We experienced a noticeable ant problem inside the home, along with a few other housekeeping issues that made it seem the property hadn’t been thoroughly prepared before our arrival. We also found the home to be lacking some basic supplies for our stay. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be an excellent place to stay.
