The property includes two fully equipped kitchens, one on each level, allowing you the flexibility to prepare meals and relax wherever you prefer.

Tropical Environment
Located in a tropical paradise, Costa Rica’s climate supports a diverse range of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. Although we maintain a strict pest control program to keep these creatures outside the home, occasional encounters with local wildlife are a natural part of the experience and do not violate rental policies. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to embrace the vibrant ecosystem.
Pool Maintenance
The maintenance team will need access to the house on scheduled pool maintenance days.
Important Considerations
Being situated in the jungle, occasional power outages may occur due to falling branches or weather conditions. Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs and may experience intermittent interruptions. We ask guests to keep these factors in mind as part of the authentic rural and natural experience of this area.

Great location, even better host. Dozens of restaurants walkable. Rentals, watersports, pristine beach all available right here and walkable distance. The house itself is a gem. We had the best vacation ever, both action packed and quiet/relaxing. The kids loved the night reptile tour the most. Our favorite was the ATV tour.

Cool spot right down the street from the beach. Lots of food and store options very close. There’s a great little bar restaurant on the way to the beach. Also there is a surfboard rental shop on the walk down. The pool water was cool and refreshing and very special after the surprisingly very warm ocean. It was an awesome little adventure.

El lugar es muy bonito. La habitación superior es amplia y cómoda, aunque el acceso por las gradas puede ser difícil para personas con movilidad reducida. Se encuentra muy cerca de la playa, así que puedes ir y venir cuantas veces desees. Hay múltiples lugares para comer platillos de distintas latitudes, pudiendo ir en carro o a pie. Es seguro y tranquilo. Recomendado.

The location was way above expectation: walkable, serene, with the local surfers walking and driving by to the back door entrance of the National park, just steps from the house. Great restaurants just a minute walk. You can hear the monkeys growling and you can see fireflies. It was nice to have a fenced in yard and a pool. The interior is very bare bones and basic, inlcuding the lighting, so you have to find away to make it feel like your own. The staff is incredibly helpful.

Great stay overall. The place was even better than we expected and everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, it was an easy walk to Uvita Beach, which we loved. Parking was simple and convenient, and there’s a lot to do in the area with plenty of places to explore nearby. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was my favorite part of the trip to stay at this place. Located close to the beach entrance and couple of the restaurants, but still quiet and nice. Having coffee on the patio next to the pool under these magnificent trees felt so calming and relaxing, I am missing it already. All amenities work well, host always responsive and helpful. Thank you guys for the great time!
