The property has good potential and some appealing features; however, our overall experience was mixed due to several maintenance and upkeep concerns. We encountered issues with a clogged kitchen sink, a very noisy AC unit in the main bedroom—which ultimately required us to relocate to another room in order to sleep comfortably—and a door that did not properly secure. Additionally, the outdoor trash area was not adequately managed, which led to disturbances overnight. The furniture, particularly around the pool area, could also benefit from an upgrade. That said, the host was responsive and communicative throughout our stay, which we appreciated. We also valued the level of privacy the property offered, which made the stay more enjoyable. Given the level of the property, we believe expectations around maintenance, comfort, and overall presentation should be higher. The house filled all our expectations, clean, well equipped and we were very happy especially for the attention during our stay. Although there was an inconvenience with a mattress that was in poor condition, it was replaced by a new one in less than 8 hours, which denotes excellent service.

The house was big and spacious. I do believe some beds/mattresses are old and meed to be replaced. the pool area was amazing, and so was the entertainment guest house.

The “WOW House” was WOW. However, the house has six guest bed-rooms, plus two large bunks in the empleada’s (“maid’s”) air-conditioned room, to accommodate up to twenty-six, but only had cutlery and crockery for a much smaller number - zero teaspoons for example. Were the house to be properly set up, and advertised, for twenty-six, then it would perhaps attract a different clientele to our extended family, including many children, group, which might help to justify the high rental rate, and thus more rental days each year. The beach is no better than “Okay”, within the VistaMar development, but maybe one mile, five minutes drive, away, not easy walking distance with little ones. There is no electricity, or gas, oven in the kitchen, so one has to use the BBQ/oven by the pool. Though were were able to wire around this problem, the big gas BBQ by the pool was unusable for BBQ purposes, as the burners had big rust holes, though we were told that replacements are ordered
