This place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was perfect for My family and me. The space was perfect. The pool of course my kids fell in love with. The walking distance to the beach was absolutely perfect. Private beach. No one else was on it, which was great. Most definitely recommend to stay here for large groups. Thank you Karen for allowing us to stay in your home 💜🙏

Erick, the grounds keeper and his family are wonderful giving us insight on local shops/fish market. The home was clean overall. A great size pool. Easy access to the beach. FYI, daily burns for plant matter by the neighbors. Burning was so strong in the air we couldn't always stay outside. The home itself needs some maintenance. We advised Erick to inform the home owner. No food could be left on the counter. Black ants were continuously abundant. In the evening, large red ants were abundant. With all the doors/windows closed, geckos, termintes, ants and large cockroaches somehow entered. Two geckos were in our room hidden waking us up nightly. The main bathroom smelled like sewage each time the toilet was flushed. The smell was strong. The large beautiful living room had a large out-of-order T.V. A small one was provided. A/C only in the bedrooms, none in the living room/kitchen. It was hot. The decore is lovely.

We loved staying at Karen's House! Everything was as described. The house was clean, beautiful, and the location was perfect. Access to the house and to the beach was easy. The kids loved the pool! Karen's staff is great. Erik and his wife were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which is a big plus! The only thing I would keep in mind is that the town itself is not San Juan Del Sur nor Hacienda Iguana. Which means that your options for things like restaurants and nightlife are limited, but we knew that beforehand. However, if you are looking for a quiet, family-friendly place to stay on the beach within a 1.5-hour drive of Managua, then look no further! This place is great!

We absolutely loved staying at Karen's place. Everything was impeccable; the house is much nicer than what the photos show. The house is superbly furnished; we loved that there was hot water in the bathrooms, and the décor is really nice. We really enjoyed the pool, pool table, and ping-pong. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Erick was extremely kind in providing us with whatever we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Karen 😀

The house is great, it has different rooms to spend a pleasant time, it is very accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Eric and Jessica were very helpful. The house's facilities are impeccable. It was a very good experience

This location is a perfect getaway that combines modern amenities with a tranquil environment with amazing views, and her caretaker was amazing, helpful and responsive. The ocean was beautiful and clean. The beaches were nice, and the sunsets were amazing We absolutely loved our stay there.

My family and had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful specially loved the outdoor garden and ramadas full of beautiful trees and flowers. Also the pool was a big plus not to mention the view. The couple taking care of the house were friendly and responsive to any concerns questions we had about the house and town. Some members of my family were not happy that we had leave 🤣.
