The Space
Punta Blanca is a new, modern, comfortable, and cozy home filled with thoughtful details that create a welcoming atmosphere. It is located in the exclusive Colinas de Miramar area, offering spectacular views of Nacascolo Bay and unforgettable sunsets.
Situated in El Cielo Ocean View at the highest point of the hill, the house combines lush jungle surroundings with expansive views of the sea on the horizon.
The property includes:
- A spacious patio and terrace
- An illuminated swimming pool
- An illuminated green area
- Air conditioning in every room
- A generator
- Hot water
- A family room with television
- Internet access
- Nightly security guard service
For stays of seven or more days, guests may use the washer and dryer. A bottle of water and toilet paper are provided upon arrival.
Access
A four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended for reaching the house, especially during the rainy season.
Electricity and House Agreement
Electricity is not included in the rental price. Electricity in Nicaragua is expensive and is charged at a rate of $0.50 per kilowatt-hour. Average consumption is approximately 15–30 kilowatt-hours per day.
Please turn off the air conditioning and other appliances when they are not in use.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to sign an agreement confirming responsibility for electricity costs and any damage caused to the house.

A beautiful house with beautiful views, a private pool and a TV room upstairs, very comfortable to spend time with the family. I recommend this property for families!

The house is lovely, has plenty of space and the kitchen was great for cooking with an amazing view. Since this house is on the hillside, it stays cooler with doors open (added bonus!). Denise was very responsive to things we needed.
