Beautiful home right In The center of town. You have everything walking distance that you need around Granada. You are one street away from La calzada which is a street with restaurants and bars . Great time at casa Yalula and the host was very responsive and made everything easy.

As a family of 7, we enjoyed a month at this beautiful home. The accommodations were amazing, very clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities. Overall the home was truly amazing. The pool area was wonderful, we all enjoyed it, especially the children.

Location was near the center and an ideal location for exploring the markets and restaurants.

We would like to thank Jacqueline for keeping the place spotless and she helped to make our vacation special.

Everything was great!

I stayed at Casa Yalula for a month, my stay was great any concerns I had they were very responsive and made sure everything was addressed in a timely manner. The house Keeper Maria Elena was very polite and considerate of our privacy and space. She did a great job keeping the place clean. The pool was amazing about 5ft deep the house is very beautiful and spacious . Everything was well kept. The house is surrounded by several shops walking distance. Only downside was no hot water, which honestly I didnt mind too much, but my toddler struggled to take a shower. But for me that wouldn't be a deal breaker, I would stay there again. And recommend it if you're staying in Granada

Beautiful place great host very attentive from start to finish

We stayed at Casa Yalula for 31 days. As you read the pros and cons in no particular order, you will see why we gave a rating of a 5. The cost for 31 days averaged about $80.00 USD a day. Pros (P) / Cons (C) in no order.

(P) location - you could not have asked for a better location.

(P) - price $80.00 a day was great.

(C) - The kitchen was lacking in silverware and plates.

(C) - it is clear in the house rules that you pay $0.50 USD per KW for electricity. The issue is the house is not set up to be energy efficient.

(P) / (C) - The pool. If you want to swim laps, you will love the pool. If you have young children, you will hate the pool. (C) - things seem to break, toilet running, oven gas tank leaking, it is a rental house, the owners treat it like one.

(P) - the management company, they are great. They respond quickly and fix any issues.

(P) - Housekeeper - they come every day except Sundays and keep the house clean.

(P) / (C) - the hot water rarely worked.

We would stay again

Great location and great home

We had an incredible time staying in Ghisaline's beautiful home. The location is perfect, with all the main restaurants only a block away. Despite this central location, however, the home felt very secluded and peaceful. The internet worked great, the showers were good, the beds were comfy, and the swimming pool was an absolute delight. The house overall is very spacious and the cleaners keep it looking immaculate. We absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Granda!

This a fantastic colonial home with an amazing size pool. It located in almost the heart of Granada. Everything is at a walking distance. If you have kids they will love the pool. Rooms are great in size plenty of room overall. Janice’s staff and help is great.

You can’t go wrong with the home.

We had the privilege of staying at Casa Yalula while attending my grandfather's funeral. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out with a full house. The pool was spectacular and a welcoming reprieve from the heat.

The bedrooms were private and immaculately kept. Each of them has their private bathroom and AC. The bedrooms are separate from the rest of the common areas giving everyone the quiet that they need when they need it.

The care team was very responsive to all of our questions. We felt very well taken care of.

It's a block and a half away from the Parque Central where you can find a coffee house and traditional food and drinks being served most of the day. We were able to walk around exploring the streets nearby and felt very safe while doing so.

We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to everyone.

Casa Yalula is a stunningly beautiful spot. The shared space with an open air kitchen adjacent to a full length lap pool is a highlight. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Granada is so beautiful.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Janice's suite for three days - it was everything we wanted, walking distance to everything, great restaurants, safe, and secluded.

Communication was seamless and very responsive. The house even comes with maid service, which was a pleasant surprise.

The kitchen is well-equipped and has good cooking equipment (usable cutlery, knives, plates, bowls, etc.).

Our only feedback - wifi needs to be updated, and frequently pops-up security warnings...something to consider if you are coming for work or rely on 'great' internet.

Fantastic home and top notch hosting

The place is very spacious that allows for good coexistence, especially if there are several people.

There were some inconveniences that were resolved without harming our stay.

The people in charge of the house cleaning were very friendly and made us feel good.

One thing I would recommend is that the property must be constantly maintained in order to have a problem with the stays.

Casa Yalula is beautiful and in a great location. About four blocks from a traditional market and one block off a street with many restaurants and bars. The street is busy but once you walk through the large front door you are greeted with a beautiful outdoor kitchen next to a long swimming pool with plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the great Nicaraguan weather. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The four bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Communication with the property management was outstanding and they arranged a couple of tours as well as a ride to the airport at 4:30 in the morning.

Our stay at Casa Yalula for 4 nights in November were amazing. Our family of 6 including three children of 10, 13, and 16 enjoyed the home and city of Granada. The pool was a great to cool off in on the hot days. The city felt very safe for us and we frequently let our oldest boys 14 and 16 walk around by themselves. We lucked out and stayed days where they had a festival including fireworks, parades and lots of activities. Make sure to visit the market early in morning before it gets crowded. It was really cool to see them getting all the food ready for sale in the endless streets. Do not worry about the extra electric charges. We had air on all night in all bedrooms and were under the number. The staff was very nice as well. We loved the house and Granada and would

This place is perfect for a family. We stayed there for nearly a month with our 4 children and really enjoyed our time there. The place is kept really clean and well maintained. Janice and Elizabeth were extremely helpful with getting to know Granada better and things we should be familiar with. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Great place. Rate it a 10. 5 minute walk to teh lake. 3 minute walk to teh market and a one minute walk to the restraunt strip. Very safe.

Beautiful property in a great location, pool is really what this house is about, there's a good sound system in the kitchen and very comfortable seating areas. The internet is not great (goes down a lot) despite numerous attempts by the host to fix it and the electricity is more expensive than anywhere else I've stayed in Granada by about 3x, I believe it must largely be due to the costly electric water pump which powers all water to the house (which has not been well serviced and is extremely loud), expect to pay $500-700 USD/month on top of the advertised price. When asking why the electricity is more expensive here than the cost elsewhere for the use of just 1 air conditioner, the answer was "I don't know".
