Absolutely amazing. The view and the wildlife was worth it. I’ve always wanted to see monkeys in the wild and 1 hour after checking in we saw a gang of monkeys doing all types of acrobatics on the trees.

A perfect house for groups. Jessica was wonderful and the house was spotless. I would definitely rent it again, no doubt! 100% recommended.

Beautiful home with spectacular views, constant wildlife, and a great location. The house was immaculately clean, daily laundry was a huge bonus, and our concierge team was fantastic! One important note for families: we traveled with five children ages 6–16, and we did not fully understand the bedroom layout from the listing. The home has four levels, but only one of the bedrooms are connected to the living area from inside the house. On the top level, only the swing-bed room has an interior entrance. The other two bedrooms on that level require going outside to access them. The lower level with 2 other beds is also only accessible from exteriorstairs on side of home. For us, this meant our children were separated at night, and we had to go outside to get to their rooms which was especially inconvenient in the rain. Had we understood the layout more clearly before booking, we probably would have chosen a different property for our family. But staff was great and house is super cool

We absolutely loved our stay! We visited with our family, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The home is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together. The views are absolutely stunning and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for families or large groups looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Manuel Antonio! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We had a great time - beautiful house, amazing cleaning service, security guard, responsive management, saw lots of wildlife yet can walk to the corner store, great kitchen, fun pool, comfortable beds, just perfect down to the complimentary fruit. We have rented from John before and had similarly wonderful experiences, and we love MA Estates overall. Highly recommend!

We throughly enjoyed our time in this home. Perfect location and plenty of space. the pool was a huge highlight. Daily housekeeping was great to get clean towels for the beach. Hospitality was over the top.
