This property has a beautiful 3-bedroom infinity pool villa with a view overlooking the nature reserve and a separate 1-bedroom suite.
The space The villa faces the ocean and the nature reserve, which you can enjoy from the infinity pool and terrace. The "cozy" cabin suite is made of local wood and has a bedroom with shower room, a living room with kitchenette, all air-conditioned. It offers the experience of a hanging net to relax and a small private pool overlooking the nature reserve.
Featuring 4 comfortable bedrooms in total with 4 private bathrooms with AC, a large American kitchen opening onto a large living room, this property is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your vacation in peace. A covered terrace with blinds has been added.
The indoor and outdoor furniture is made of local teak wood and was made by local carpenters.

Guest access Villa Casa Búho is located inside a closed property with 3 houses. Each of them has a separate entrance and enough to park inside the property.
Access to the property is via two paths.
The first is a road that has just been completely redone and is easy to access (paved road accessible with any type of vehicle). It provides access to Santa Teresa South in 8 minutes. Secure access with guard.
The second is in the jungle (4x4) and gives access to Santa Teresa North (Eat Street) in 7 minutes. 24/7 secure access
This gated property has 3 houses, each with private parking and individual entrance
Other things to note We have Starlink at the villa 🙌
The property is just 15 minutes from Cobano Airport and 7 minutes from the surf spot
We are located on an ARK regenerative farm where you can plant trees or have access to other events and activities. It is also possible to buy some fruits and vegetables from the farm
It is possible to book up to 8 rooms in this property (16+ pax) Upon request.

BEAUTIFUL villa! Highly recommend. Very private, clean, beautiful pool. It is quite far up a hill from town, so you'll need transport to town (4x4), but if you are looking for a getaway that is quiet, safe and private, this will be perfect for you.

Anne-Laure was a great host. Her place is very beautiful and in good shape. With a 4x4 easy reachable and even though in the middle of the jungle, it‘s close to town. We were a bit surprised to find, that we had next door neighbours, as there was nothing mentioned and the pictures did not reveal that. Other than that it was excellent and we had an awesome stay.

The house is just like the photos, very comfortable, well equipped, it has everything you need to have a good vacation. The social area is ideal and has a beautiful view. Anne is an excellent host, always attentive to us and allowed us to check in before check-in, which we really appreciate. Excellent place to stay, we already want to return.

The house and surrounding environment was incredibly we saw many animals including monkeys, butterflies, curious squirrels and many colourful birds where especially the hummingbirds gets very close to you if you wish. Anne-Laures is ever helpful and fast responding if you have questions about anything 😊. The place is literally almost in the jungle with a view above it and over the ocean and that is only a 10 minute drive in your 4x4 car. We loved our stay at Casa Buho! The proximity to nature, the sea, the restaurants made our trip extraordinary. Anna-Laure is onions and responds quickly when we have questions. The view is breathtaking and the house cozy. We loved spending hours in the beautiful pool taking in the scenery. Really a must: exceptional value for money!
