• Please leave the property in the same condition as received.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 adults (10 if children are included).
• Loud music is not permitted; please respect quiet hours after 10 PM.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Only registered guests may enter the penthouse; no visitors allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited; the penthouse is a 100% smoke-free environment.
• Normal electricity consumption up to 50 kWh per day is included. The meter will be read upon arrival and departure.
• Extra electricity consumption is charged at 5.72 Mexican pesos per kWh, payable in cash at checkout.
• Please turn off air conditioning and lights when not in use or when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.
• For stays longer than 21 days, electricity is billed separately.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Early check-in and late check-out are available for $50 USD each, subject to availability.
• Please avoid stains on linens from bronzers, makeup, food, sauces, ink, etc. Any stains that cannot be removed will require reimbursement.
• Use of the community pool is not included; only the private pool is available.
• The penthouse operates independently from the condominium and does not grant access to communal spaces. Violations may result in fines from the condominium administration.
• The cleaning fee is a standard charge covering preparation and post-stay cleaning; it does not include cleaning services during your stay.
• Barbecues are not allowed on the rooftop palapa.
• A washing machine is available on the rooftop; there is no dryer. Clothes dry naturally using provided cords and hooks.
• A travel cot is available.
• No insurance is included.
