The host was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had a few minor issues, but they were resolved immediately thanks to his helpfulness and support. The place is pet-friendly, which for us is a great added value, as we are traveling with our pet. Also, the place is very cozy, which made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service we received and with the space provided.

The site had an impeccable pool (on my first visit). On this occasion, the pool walls had several black sections. Since my arrival, there were leaves at the bottom of the pool that no one cleaned. The water looked greasy and the bathrooms located in the pool were never cleaned by the cleaning staff. Since Monday when I arrived there was a baby diaper, when I left on Thursday the diaper was still in the trash can. The shower area before entering the pool was black in one of the two showers, the one that was good, the faucet falls off. I clarify that the apartment is very nice, although the decorative cushions on the sofas and the blankets need to be changed. My main complaint is with the pool, which is a common area.
