Electricity Policy
Each rental day includes 55 kilowatt-hours of electricity, which is sufficient for the home’s needs, including responsible use of air conditioning at night. Electricity used beyond this allowance will be charged at a rate of 10 cordobas, approximately $0.35 USD, per kilowatt-hour.

Had the best weekend ever! The view from the pool is and the balcony is amazing. Rooms are gorgeous. The hill is a bit steep but we didn’t need 4x4. Only takes 10 minutes to get into town!
