A daily housekeeper provides cleaning service until 5:00 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch can be prepared at the house, with a varied menu available each day:
- Breakfast: USD 12 per person
- Lunch: USD 15 per person
Grocery shopping can also be arranged. Dinner may be organized with another chef, as the housekeeper leaves at 5:00 p.m.
Boat Rental
A Ferrari-style speedboat is available for guests at a special rate:

- High season: USD 1,300 per day

Nico’s place is absolutely beautiful. Within walking distance of practically anything in el centro. Some of the best restaurants and shopping are a short walk away. Although the house is beautiful, it could use a few updates while still maintaining its historical significance. Jose and Gloria are delightful and willing to help with anything you may need. Our kids loved the heated pool and spent the majority of the time there. We enjoyed the common areas and the openness of the space. We did have an elderly guest that had a little bit of a hard time with the stairs, so that’s something to keep in mind. Nicolas is super responsive and always willing to help.

This was an absolutely stunning and idyllic place to spend a little over a week. We worked from the villa and loved sitting downstairs in the open air under the ceiling fans, listening to the fountains, and working on our laptops. We had expected to spend more of the days off exploring the city, but honestly the place was so relaxing and peaceful that mostly we just read books and sat by the pool. The location is amazing if you want to be in the center of it all- but honestly maybe a little TOO in the center... there are people selling you stuff the moment you walk out the door. Though, that's true for the whole Centro area. I still give location 5 stars because it's quiet inside the villa and SO CLOSE to everything that it's well worth it. The staff were great, very friendly and responsive. The beds were comfortable and Gloria did a wonderful job cleaning AND doing our laundry, which was such a bonus! Jose kept everything orderly and safe! Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect place for our family stay in Cartagena. Close to everywhere we wanted to go and really enjoyed the house including the pool. My youngest daughter just couldn’t get in enough. Staff was super nice and accommodating.
