Little Dubai

Why Guests Love It

Guests describe Little Dubai as a modern sanctuary in the sky, where mornings begin with panoramic ocean views and evenings end beside the infinity pool beneath soft orange sunsets. They appreciate the blend of private villa living and resort amenities, along with the professional Zindis team, which makes every stay smooth and effortless.

The Space

Little Dubai is a modern hillside retreat within the Pacifico Gated Community in Playas del Coco. This four-bedroom, five-bathroom villa accommodates up to eight guests and combines panoramic views, contemporary style, and tropical tranquility.

Airy living areas feature floor-to-ceiling glass, bringing the ocean into view from nearly every room. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are ideal for shared meals, while the terrace—with its infinity pool, shaded lounge, and barbecue—serves as the heart of the home. It is an inviting spot to watch the sun set over the Pacific with a cool drink in hand.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for comfort:

• Two king-bed suites
• One queen bedroom
• One full-size bedroom
• Ensuite or adjacent bathrooms for every bedroom

Contemporary design, refined finishes, clean lines, and a neutral color palette allow the surrounding scenery to take center stage.

Zindis Hospitality manages every detail, from check-in to concierge services, for a warm, professional, and personalized Costa Rican experience.
