We just wrapped the most amazing week long stay here. The house is beautifully set on the coastal street along the Lago de Avandaro. It is a short 15-20 min walk to Centro although going uphill on cobblestone can be tricky depending on your crowd. There is a sitio de taxis just 1/2 block away and it’s super easy to fins a ride. We were able to hire Rosalba the housekeeper who made our stay absolutely seemless, she was also the best cook preparing the most amazing meals for every breakfast. Highly recommend for a family trip there is fun for the whole family here

The house is wonderful, and so is the view. Everyone was very friendly. Very comfortable beds and a pool that's warm every day! They responded to our requests. The food was delicious. Thank you very much!

We had a lovely weekend at the Casa del Sol y de la Luna. It is a cozy, traditional Valle-style house with an incredible view of the lake. We spent most of our time on the terrace enjoying the view and watching the kids play in the pool. It was a great depth for younger children as our 5 year old was able to stand comfortably. Rosalba the housekeeper made wonderful breakfasts and lunches for us and kept the house very clean. We felt very spoiled for the several days we were there. If you want to leave the house, it is about a 10 minute walk into Valle, or about a 10-15 minute cab ride to Avandaro. There is also an Oxxo convenience store and a nice wine shop about a 5 minute walk away for snacks, water, etc.

The place is very nice with a spectacular view of the lake and the pool is very nice, and the lady who helps for an extra cost is great. The house is very nice.

Great location, it's a nice house, Ms. Rosi's service and help are excellent, Cristina is a great host, attentive and helpful, and the pool temperature is always kept pleasant. The house is accurately represented in the available photos. Excellent spaces, highly recommended.
