The Space

Because the property is built on a hill, the rooms and outdoor areas are arranged across multiple levels connected by stairs. Moving between the houses, gardens, and lake requires going up and down stairs, which should be considered when traveling with people with reduced mobility.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of:
- The two houses with bedrooms
- The house containing the living room, dining room, and kitchen
- All outdoor areas, including the gardens, terraces, and dock
- A garage with space for six vehicles
The caretaker and his family live on the property in a separate house that is not part of the accommodation. Guest areas are private and are not shared with them or with other visitors.
Other Things to Note
The property’s uneven terrain and hillside layout mean that rooms and outdoor areas are located on different levels connected by steps. Please take this into account if anyone in your group has reduced mobility.
The stay includes use of two kayaks, along with life jackets. For safe lake activities, always wear a life jacket and avoid going out during strong winds or choppy water.
Because of the uneven terrain and direct access to the lake, children must be supervised by an adult.

The place is beautiful, the facilities are spacious and the place is quite private and quiet. The entrance with the right car is fine and the facilities are in good condition. I recommend it, but don't bring people who can't go up or down steps because there are quite a few.
