Easter Week and Thanksgiving

Christmas and New Year’s
Reservations arriving between December 19, 2026, and January 3, 2027, require a minimum stay of seven to 10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before making an online booking during this time.

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday reservations are non-refundable.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club
- Full beach club access costs $5 per person per day.
- Access is free for children under 10.
- The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October; exact dates vary.
Nearby Construction
There is ongoing construction next door, and occasional noise may occur. Our rates have been significantly reduced to account for this. No construction will take place during Christmas and New Year’s, providing a more peaceful stay during that period.
Additional Guest Fee
The home accommodates 16 guests as its standard occupancy. Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee. Contact our reservations team for further details.
Breakfast groceries are included with the Elite Service Premium except on Costa Rican holidays.

Our stay was great. The house is not brand new and we had a few issues and they were addressed quickly. Karla kept the house nice and tidy for us and cooked a great breakfast. We did buy too many groceries for items on the light snack and drink list that she never got to making so I do not recommend buying everything on the list.

We had a great time during our stay. Our house mom, Carla, was amazing! We loved seeing the local howler monkeys everyday day. A beautiful home with plenty of space for our group.

Our stay was nothing short of lovely, joyful and relaxing. Our host/concierge was responsive to all our questions and offered various recommendations on activities and dining. When a small issue came up, she was quick to respond and resolve it. Our extended family of 21 people had a trip of a lifetime and our host / this home was a big reason why. Thank you so much! Started off with Collin as concierge then switched to Tomas just before finalizing our details for 10 person trip. Tomas our concierge was absolutely Amazing! He was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Even with the switch, no beat was missed. I recommend this home and working with Tomas. Our housemom, Karla was very nice and was very helpful with cooking breakfast and refreshing our rooms. 100/10 would recommend. Also, we had a decorator come in and decorate our home with a balloon arch! Definitely recommend getting the golf carts (travels up to 70mph) as they were perfect for our trip to the beach club. With the help of Tomas and Karla, it made the trip that much more relaxing!

Beautiful, very comfortable home! Karla is a fantastic hide mom and took such good care of us! The home is beautiful and well appointed with plenty of room for our group of 16. Our navigation did take us on a wrong turn on our way there but Collin was very responsive and helped us find our way. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Casa Blanca. The home was very beautiful and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Collin was very accommodating and available. He even accommodated some last minute changes that could have been a pain, but he made it work for us. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 and then some. The house moms’Carla and Carmen were very wonderful and prepared a delicious breakfast and snacks for us during our stay. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I’ll be back!!!!
