Since 2005, we have welcomed guests to our premier location on Calle 38. This penthouse offers a distinctive experience unlike any other in the city.

A third bedroom suite has been added to the private rooftop level. It is available for an additional fee for groups of more than four people. Please inquire before booking for more information.

Due to severe family allergies, pets cannot be accommodated.

The Space

Although beachfront penthouses are rare, Arena Blanca offers one of the finest off-beach penthouse experiences in Playa del Carmen.

From the moment you arrive at the hand-wrought iron gates, the property’s classic Spanish architecture and thoughtful design make an impression. Carefully planned spaces, tasteful interiors, marble floors, mahogany cabinetry, and elegant furnishings create a warm and refined atmosphere.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• The master bedroom suite features a brick boveda ceiling and a queen-size wicker bed.
• The spacious master bathroom includes:

  • Extensive marble finishes
• The guest bedroom has a king-size bed and a private full bathroom.
• A sleeping loft with a queen-size bed provides additional sleeping space for children only.
• The rooftop bedroom suite is available as an add-on for an additional fee. It includes:

  • A private plunge pool
  • A waterfall
  • Full amenities

Rooftop Terrace

The expansive private rooftop terrace overlooks Playa del Carmen and the Caribbean Sea. It is designed for relaxing, sunbathing, dining, and lounging, with:

• A large plunge pool and jacuzzi
• Dining space
• Lounge areas
• Views of the city and Caribbean Sea

Shared Pool and Gardens

On windy days when you prefer to stay away from the beach, enjoy the large garden-level pool, lounge chairs, and shaded island palapa. It is an ideal place to cool off and relax.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the two-bedroom penthouse and the main rooftop terrace, including the lounge, dining area, and private jacuzzi pool.

The penthouse accommodates up to four adults and two children. Guests also have full access to the garden-level pool and tropical gardens.

The separately listed rooftop bedroom suite can be rented with the two-bedroom penthouse for an additional fee. It has a private entrance and can either be connected to the penthouse or locked off.

Important Information

Please review the property homeowners’ association rules, which are in place for the privacy and protection of owners and guests.

• All guests must be registered by passport on the day of booking.
• Only guests included on the reservation may enter the property at any time.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Violating this rule may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
• Guests staying for multiple weeks or a month are responsible for their electricity usage.
• A $150 electricity deposit is collected at booking through a special offer.
• The manager will photograph and record the electricity meter at check-in and checkout.
• Any unused credit will be refunded promptly.
