Fully stocked kitchen including coffee, spices, , We include beach towels. Free Parking. The condo has one of the best views of Jaco beach. Enjoy stunning sunsets everyday. You can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. Jaco offers all. Restaurants, stores, etc. Tours, nightlife and a perfect vacation for all. The beach is just a few steps away! The space The Condo has 2 large beds and one bulk bed for kids. Each room has AC. Guest access The condo is right in town. Everything is walking distance. You can get a taxi, Uber, etc to go further distances. You can also rent a car. Other things to note Please dont throw toilet paper or any other waste in the toilet. Please use the bin which is in the bathroom. Thanks

Christian's place was perfect. I visited with my In-laws and five-year-old daughter. We loved the view from the balcony, the pool, and the easy walk to the beach. The building felt very secure. We were happy to have a washing machine (we bought some powdered detergent) and a dishwasher (tabs provided). The south end of Jaco feels quieter and closer to nature than the center of Jaco without feeling as lonely as some of the other Pacific beaches. There's some noise from the road but we slept well. We saw scarlet macaws several times each day. The beach, a few restaurants, and a little shop are right nearby, but it was helpful to have a car here to pick up a few groceries and try different restaurants. We'll be back.

Excellent location ,unobstructed beach front with view of horses in field across street. Great for couples or families always felt safe . Neighbors all were quiet and respectful. Had car in secured parking space with no worries due to 24hr security. If I had any questions or recommendations Christian was always a text or phone call away . Cristian provided great detail in a PDF for us which was very helpful! His place served us very well being so close to the beach! The area is lovely and we are happy to be close the Puddle Fish Brewery! We also used his costaricadailytours connection to rent a private sailboat tour which was amazing!! Highly recommend Neil at Kayak Jaco! The place was smaller than we had expected, and was missing the cooking amenities but Christian was able to remedy that pretty quickly. I would suggest explaining more clearly in the listing that the condo is on septic and people will need to throw out all toilet paper using plastic bags. The beds and sheets were comfortable. We did need to ask for additional washcloths and laundry detergent to use the washer and dryer. There isn’t enough seating to eat at the counter for more than 3 people. There were ants on the counter that we kept at bay. Overall, we loved our time in Jaco!

It's a modern gated property with a few rental apartments, well isolated from each other (no noise), and with a shared pool & lounge space. The parking lot is guarded and a security staff is opening the gate. Apartment has an electronic door lock. It's close to the beach (100 meters) and our balcony was facing the ocean, so the view was stunning, especially given large windows. Kitchen is well equipped, AC working fine, big TV, large fridge, oven, etc. There is a washing and drying machine as well. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Two bathrooms with showers. We spent there 1 month and we didn't miss anything.
