The condo is located only a 20-second walk from Hacienda Iguana’s Club House and Pili's Bar and Restaurant. This area serves as the social center of the community, providing:

Other Information

Electricity & Elevator

• Monthly guests are responsible for the full electricity bill.
• Daily and weekly guests receive an allowance of 35 kWh per day; any usage beyond this will be charged to the guest.
• The building elevator is not available for daily use. The condo is located on the second floor.

Important Rules

• Pets are not allowed on the property. A $400 fine will be imposed for violations.
• Smoking inside the condo is strictly prohibited. A $400 fine applies if smoke odor or cigarette butts are detected.
• Parties or gatherings exceeding 8 people are not permitted. Violations will result in fines charged to the guest.
• If the condo is left excessively dirty beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee of $75 will be charged. This includes cleaning appliances such as the stove, oven, and microwave if food residue is present.
