The Space

Enjoy a spacious, ocean-view, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the third floor of Sunrise, located directly across the street from the beach.

The large covered terrace overlooks the pool and can be accessed from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features ocean views and an en suite bathroom. A second, smaller terrace is accessible from the two comfortable guest bedrooms, which share a large guest bathroom.

Sunrise Tamarindo 15 is located within a gated community and offers approximately 1,800 square feet of living space, including:

Bedrooms

• Primary bedroom: King bed, ocean views, sliding doors to the front terrace, and en suite bathroom
• Second bedroom: Queen bed and sliding doors to the back terrace
• Third bedroom: Two twin beds and access to the back terrace

The guest bathroom, which includes a large shower, is located just outside the second and third bedrooms.

Guest Access

The entire condo will be yours. The pool and gardens are shared with other condominium owners and guests.

Sunrise Tamarindo 15 is within easy walking distance of everything in vibrant Tamarindo, including:

• Tamarindo Beach, directly across the street
• Restaurants
• Shops
• Nightlife
• Local activities

This fully equipped vacation rental is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Important Elevator Notice

Elevator maintenance will take place from November 11 through December 15, 2025. The elevator will not be operational during this period.

Optional Pack-and-Play

A pack-and-play is available for $10 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request it in advance so it can be reserved and set up before your arrival.

The following services and activities are available for an additional cost:

• In-house massages, with optional manicures, pedicures, and facials
• Mid-stay cleaning, subject to availability and offered at an additional discounted cost
• Llanos del Cortez Waterfall tours, including transportation and a lunch buffet
• ATV tours, including water and fruit
• Lazy Lizard Catamaran Tours, including food, unlimited beverages, alcohol, music, and more
• Horseback riding, including water and fruit
• In-house yoga classes
• Grocery shopping and delivery
• Yacht charters for half-day or full-day excursions, including snorkeling, fishing, and optional catered meals and an open bar

Please inquire about yacht charter rates. These services and activities are not included in the rental rate and will incur additional charges.

Referrals and contact information are available for:

• Chef services; a minimum of seven days’ notice is required, although last-minute requests will be accommodated whenever possible
• Airport shuttles
• Fishing tours
• Surfing lessons
• Decorating with balloons or flowers
• Adventure hotel tours, including Hacienda Guachipelin near Rincón de la Vieja Volcano and its hot springs

House Rules and Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Loud noise and disruptive behavior are not tolerated.
• Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, alerts from noise-monitoring software, or other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and legal action if authorities are involved.
• Additional guest information, including names, identification numbers, and/or identification photos, may be required by the homeowners’ association and security team.
• Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card will be charged value-added tax by their bank in addition to the Airbnb tax. This separate local fee is processed automatically by the bank and must be handled directly with the bank.
