The Space
This spacious third-floor condo at Sunrise offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with stunning ocean views. Located directly across the street from the beach, it features a large terrace overlooking the expansive pool, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and ocean views.
A second, smaller terrace is available from the two comfortable guest bedrooms, which share a large guest bathroom. The condo comes with new linens and dishes, in-suite laundry, elevators, and secure parking.
Sunrise Tamarindo 15 is a beautifully furnished unit within a gated community. It has a generous floor plan of 1,800 square feet, including a large covered front terrace and a smaller terrace at the back.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and opens to a spacious living area. The laundry room adds convenience.

- Third bedroom: two twin beds, access to back terrace
The guest bathroom, with a large shower, is located just outside the doors of the second and third bedrooms.

Important Details
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise must be kept between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints or evidence of disruptive behavior may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
- A damage protection policy is included with your booking, covering accidental damage up to $1,000. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges.
- Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA by their bank in addition to Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly by the bank and is separate from Airbnb charges.

My family enjoyed our stay at sunrise condos with 2 young children. The condo was very well furnished and had plenty of room. Full size dining table was nice. Condo had a great pool and complex was always clean with a 24 7 security gate. Within walking distance to all of downtown Tamarindo and across the street from the beach. Next door convenience stores and grocery was big help.

This condo was located in the heart of Tamarindo and felt very secure with monitored entry. Condo was perfect for our needs and clean. Loved the pool and nearby restaurants and direct access to the beach across the road. Would stay here again!

It was a large condo, very clean and very conveniently located. The beach is across the street and there are restaurants all around. Everything was really perfect!!

The location was great. The beach was across the street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We walked everywhere during our stay. The pool was great too.

Same price as the tamarindo dirria across the street but way more space. Close to everything. Hot water, air conditioning, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. It’s really a partial ocean view - more pool view but that didn’t bother us bec the ocean is a short walk across the street. Was very safe with 24/7 guards. Always avail seats at the pool. Assigned parking and car rental right next door! Also, a gym 800 meters away for those who like to work out. We walked pretty much everywhere for the 5 days we were there My family of 4 loved it! Nothing bad to say!

Our stay at Ocean Lyric was excellent overall. The location is a very good highlight, across the street from the ocean and close to shops and the market. The unit was clean and quiet, with a great pool and convenient wash-off stations nearby. The space is very generous, with large bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining and family areas, plus a spacious outdoor deck. It comfortably sleeps six with no congestion. Challenges: the elevator was under construction (not an issue for us, but worth noting for those who need it). The air conditioning initially only cooled one room and later leaked condensate, and the BBQ was not operating at full capacity despite having fuel. That said, host communication was excellent. Each issue was addressed quickly, with technicians sent promptly and clear communication throughout. Overall, a 4/5 stay and a 5/5 rating for host responsiveness and communication.
