The Space

This spacious third-floor condo at Sunrise Tamarindo offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with stunning ocean views. Located just across the street from the beach, it features a large terrace overlooking the expansive pool, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and ocean views.

A second, smaller terrace is available from the two comfortable guest bedrooms, which share a large guest bathroom. The condo comes with new linens and dishes, in-suite laundry, elevators, and secure parking.

Sunrise Tamarindo 15 is a beautifully furnished unit within a gated community. It has a generous floor plan of 1,800 square feet, including a large covered front terrace and a smaller terrace at the back. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, and the open living area is bright and inviting.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, sliding doors to the front terrace, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the back terrace, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds and also opens to the back terrace. The guest bathroom, featuring a large shower, is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms.

Please note that elevator maintenance is scheduled from November 11 to December 15, 2025. During this period, the elevator will be out of service.

Sunrise Tamarindo 15 is ideally situated in vibrant Tamarindo, just steps from the famous beach. It is close to a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and activities, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends seeking a fully equipped vacation rental.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding loud noise or disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, or noise monitoring software may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and/or legal action.
• A damage protection policy is included with your booking, covering accidental damages up to $1,000. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
• Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA by their bank in addition to Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly with the bank and is separate from Airbnb charges.
