From the first contact, the communication was friendly and direct. Marta responded quickly. Her house is a quiet, pleasant, and special place. We were traveling in a group of 10 people, and everyone had their space in the house. Thank you very much for that experience, Marta!

Marta's place was perfect for my family group. 5 rooms and 4.5 bathrooms. We loved the fountain and the equipped kitchen. And the location is right in the center of Antigua. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. The house was very large, spacious, and comfortably accommodated my entire family. The location was perfect close to everything, and we were able to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops with ease. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Casa Colonia was a great place to stay. It is centrally located with everything within a short walk. The space is comfortable, clean, and perfect for a large group. Marta was also amazing during our stay. We unfortunately had a few group members get sick before arriving in Antigua and Marta went above and beyond to assist us, including coming by herself to drop off medicine and hydration support. We are incredibly grateful for all her help.
