Andrea was super flexible, early check-in at 11 after our 6:30 am flight and late checkout until 2, which meant everything with a toddler. Great location, walking distance to all of Tamarindo. Downsides: slow responses (TV, shower, and WiFi issues, and even a simple pool question took a while) and a heavy checkout cleaning list that made us worry about being charged. Nice hosts, great spot, just know what to expect.

It was very comfortable to stay and convenient to access to both of downtown and beaches, especially I could walk to beaches for surfing. And also, Andrea is good communication and so kind.

The equipment is no longer brand new, but sufficient. It is particularly noteworthy that many towels were available and the distances in the village are really short (beach, shopping, ...) but it is a bit noisy due to the central location.
