Staying at Brett's was so chill -- not only is the area gorgeous, but Brett himself (and his furry friends) were just the sweetest. The room was clean and cozy, with beautiful art and items from around the world. The shower was hot with great water pressure. Brett cooked breakfast for me both mornings and it was comfort food made well. Only caveat I'd throw out is that his place is on the main road, so you the motos can be a little loud at night, but I had earplugs and slept like the dead. Overall, though, a really lovely, comfortable stay with a super kind host. Thanks, Brett! I'll bring my boys up with me next time and y'all can jam. :)

Brett's place is awesome! Breakfast is great... The host is attentive and takes care of the smallest details, I hope I will be able to return soon.

Brett is a superb host! Best breakfast with extra elegance and ample coffee! He took care of us, helped us on finding good restaurants and nice hiking trails. Rooms are newly built with very comfortable beds. Best bird watching is on the small terrace for breakfast! Quiet location but close to activities, shops, and restaurants. A very pleasant stay! Brett is a great host! He helped us to get around, find hikes, restaurants and everything we needed! Beautiful breakfast and lots of coffee! Really nice beds, new building and comfortable room. WiFi OK. Nice garden with birds close by. Relaxing place with many activities in the area. Must come back and climb Chirripo.
